Are the masks ready to ship?

No, at this time all masks are made to order.

How long will it take to get my mask?

2-4 weeks non Halloween season, 1-3 weeks Halloween season.

I need a mask for an event, can I get it faster?

Yes, most of the time, however, a fee may be added. Contact us for sure before you order.

What if my mask doesn't fit? Do you accept returns?

Returns are NOT accepted, exchanges for items of the same price are allowed.

What if I rip my mask?

Your existing mask will be repaired and shipped back to you at your expense.

Can I get a custom paint job?

Yes, a fee will be added. Contact us to find out more.

Can you make me a custom mask?

Not at this time.
